Many of our guest’s have posed the question “why should I buy verses rent a lot at Cane Creek”? I frankly tell them first is because it is a purchase that offsets your coach. And maybe the most important is value. I challenge you to find a more beautiful setting than Cane Creek. And with prices starting at $49,000, with use of a boat dock, pool, spa, and clubhouse. There is nothing finished, or promised, that even comes close.
